By using arteandcera.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Not medical advice

Everything on this site — the education content, self-assessment tools, cycle tracker, and maternity companion — is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from your own qualified healthcare provider. Using this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Angel or anyone else. Always talk to your own clinician about your specific situation, and if you think you have a medical emergency, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room.

If our Mental Health Check-In flags a response about self-harm, we show crisis resources (988, Crisis Text Line) directly in the tool. If you’re in crisis, please use those resources or call 911 — don’t rely on this site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use tools that store personal health information.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Content you submit

If you submit a question through Ask Dr. Angel, feedback, a contact message, or a practice listing to our referrals directory, you’re confirming it’s accurate and that you have the right to share it. Questions submitted through Ask Dr. Angel are private — only you see your question and its answer, never published or shown to anyone else. Practice listings are shown at the submitter’s request and are not an endorsement by Arte & Cera.

Acceptable use

Please don’t: use the site for anything illegal; try to access other users’ data; submit false credentials to the referrals directory; abuse the chat widget, forms, or rewards system (e.g. automated/bulk submissions); or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site.

Third-party services

Supplement stack pages link to Fullscript, a separate company that handles checkout, payment, and shipping for those products — Dr. Angel earns a commission on purchases made through those links, as disclosed on those pages. We’re not responsible for Fullscript’s products, pricing, or service. Similarly, our referrals directory and education content may link to other third-party resources (like FACTS About Fertility) that we don’t control.

Rewards program

Points earned through reading content, logging health data, or other actions have no cash value and can be redeemed only as described on the Rewards page (currently, for a Fullscript coupon code). We can change or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction (like cycle or fertile-window estimates) will be accurate for you specifically — these are estimates based on your logged data, not medical predictions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arte & Cera and Dr. Angel aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the site or delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
