Bladder Health Assessment

Bladder control concerns are far more common than most women realize — but common doesn't mean normal, and it doesn't mean something you simply have to live with. The great majority improve with straightforward treatment. This is a private space to understand what you're experiencing. A few confidential questions will help identify the most likely pattern, so you know what to discuss and what to do next.

Most women assume this is just normal — something to expect, especially after childbirth. I want to be clear: while it's very common, common doesn't mean normal, and it certainly doesn't mean you have to settle for it. There's almost always something effective we can do. The first step is simply understanding the pattern, without any embarrassment.
